Rules & Regulations
The rules and regulations following are not intended to place hardship on family
members, but to ensure that the cemetery maintains a uniform and manicured look which will be of benefit to all families.
1. Spring clean up will begin after March 1st, at the discretion of the Grounds Manager.
2. Fall clean up will begin after October 1st, at the discretion of the Grounds Managers.
3. Planting of any trees, and shrubs must be approved by the cemetery.
4. All dead shrubbery will be removed.
5. Flower beds can only extend 6 inches from the base of the monument in front and may not extend over the next space.
6. There can be no planting of flowers if a flush marker is installed.
7. No crushed stone, or artificial turf can be used on the grave. No fencing can be built around the lot.
8. Cut flowers in approved containers are permitted in any part of the cemetery. See office for description of approved container.
9. No silk or plastic flowers or shrubs are allowed.
10. Flags can be displayed at the graves for one week prior and one week after Memorial Day, 4th of July, Veterans Day, and Flag Day.
11. Grave blankets and winter decorations will be allowed after November 1st.
12. Pets must be leash bound at all times.
13. Meadowview Memorial Gardens will periodically remove from gravesites any items that are not in compliance with Meadowview rules and regulations.
14. Meadowview Memorial Gardens will not be responsible for any damage to lots,
structures, or objects there on, or for flowers or articles removed from any lot or grave.
15. Only granite pedestal benches are allowed and are not to be used in place of a marker. Placement of bench must be pre-approved by the cemetery.
16. Upright markers face west.
